minimum char level is 30 and special Metins do not spawn map1? or can I buy from ItemShop and go farming with the pet on map1 lvl 15 char too without the quest?

Would not be that bad. Removing moons + boxes from small events every 2 weeks would prevent the easy "Farm a day and sell for months"- playing style. Players should be active...
