Hello,
Should I put evasion+5 on my warrior armor since I already have the 54% mage buff and the cap is 60%? 
Evasion stone and dragon mage buff

Evasion isn't the same as the mage buff.
Mage's blessing spell decreases the amount of pysical damage you take while evasion grants you block chance, which will completely evade taking physical damage all together
