The Key to the Spider Cave Uriel quest bug?

Hi all!

I am finishing up on quests and I am stuck.

I got to this quest, The Key to the Spider Cave, which was initiated by Captain with a previous that gave me a passage and I had to inspect a monument in floor2 of v3.

Uriel's quest is requiring Spider Venom, Spider Eyes, Spider Web, Spider Eggs, Spider legs, spider thread and queen spider venom.

I managed to get everything but the spider thread as I have never heard of this item, can't find it on wiki and no one sells it. Furthermore, I went to double check the quest requirements, and Uriel took all the above mentioned quest items, without completing the quest (I assume I still lack spider thread).

Is this quest bugged? Why did I lose the items if the quest was not completed? How does Spider Thread look and where do I find it??

In that case I had everything he wanted me to have. Is there a waiting time before completion ?

Can you check the text of the mission requirement, if Spider Thread is Spider Web, then there is a mistake which can induce people into error.

This is how the quest looks for me, Spider Threads is what I mean and makes it confusing as spider web is already written.
