It is not a bug BuffMausal, it is how the boss work, he has two skills, one of them is called DeathBlow, which inflicts 20x normal damage

too bad i didnt record farming with my farmer, before that reboot yesterday, now i die / or struggle to not die in exact same monsters, with same equipment and buffs
